• Ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards
• Assembles subassemblies and finished product per standardized work instructions to ensure the product meets quality standards
• Open facility and ensure set up of the production line equipment
• Perform basic equipment adjustments and troubleshooting
• Assess personnel and facility emergencies escalating with support teams when needed
• Ensure that team members follow defined assembly procedures and comply with quality requirements
• Ensure all records, both theirs and the team members, are completed appropriately
• Ensure that non-conforming material is clearly identified and segregated
• Ensure that the escalation procedure for quality concerns is followed
• Ensure achievement of production throughput against stated capacity targets
• Ensure the team are aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilities
• Maintain visible lead for adherence to procedures and instructions
• Submit incident, accident and non-conformity reports
• Prepare line set-ups for following shifts
• Responsible for training of operators for products and processes within their team
• Ensures compliance to quality standards and work instructions
• Enters computer transactions for movement of product and inventory components.
• Responsible for pulling components per BOM and creating labels to support released customer schedules
• Monitor time and attendance and report compliance concerns to Operations Manager
• Provide technical expertise to the team and respond to operator queries
• Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Leads and mentors their team members for personal growth and achievement
• Understands and can communicate MC3’s policies and procedures to their team members

• High school diploma or GED
• Substantial experience supervising a team
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate across functions, and influence individuals at all levels
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple objects with competing demands
