MC3 engineers designed and patented the M-Pump, and have built pumps in several sizes and configurations to meet requirements for a number of applications. Recent advances include the addition of features to create pulsatile flow that mimics the pressures generated by the native heart.
Commercialization
MC3 licensed the M-pump technology to large device companies that marketed the pump for adult cardiopulmonary bypass surgery.
MC3 is now seeking strategic partners interested in incorporating the M-pump technology into new device designs. MC3 will license the technology, and can also serve as a development partner in the overall system design.
